Involuntary Agent Contract Terminations
Terminated or threatened with contract termination?If you have received a 90 notice of termination of your contract, or have sold your agency because of the threat of an impending termination, please respond to this notice promptly.
Ron Harper, editor of the Runningclock email publication, and a plaintiff in the ongoing Romero vs. Allstate lawsuit, is collecting first person data from anyone affected by the actions of Allstate management.
Please send your name, state, hire date and termination date to runningclock@aol.com. Please also include whether you sold or had to accept TPP, as well as the details of your departure (terminated vs. sold because of the threat of termination). Your information will not be published, but is necessary for internal purposes.
