Become a NAPAA member today: 
Membership in the National Association of Professional Allstate Agents is open to current or retired Allstate insurance agents and Allstate Personal Financial Representatives. Dues may be paid annually by check or credit card. We also offer a monthly payment option via automatic withdrawal (EFT) from your checking account.  Choose your membership level, Elite or Gold, and your preferred payment method (annual or monthly EFT).

Elite Membership

The Elite Membership package offers all the same benefits as our Gold Membership, but goes a step further. The Elite membership includes Producer Online, a best in class sales and resource tool for insurance professionals. Producer Online, a product of the Rough Notes Company, is considered by many professionals as the best available agent resource for risk evaluation and coverage analysis for commercial and personal lines policies. Producer Online is the ultimate tool for agents who are serious about expanding their horizons.

The Elite Membership package provides you and your staff access to 13 Rough Notes products, including sales aids, training courses, technical analysis of coverage forms, a letter library, Website content, marketing assistance and more. Communications

In addition to Exclusivefocus magazine, NAPAA members receive DirectExpress, a weekly email newsletter, and other special bulletins. These publications keep members well informed about Allstate news, industry trends and other topics of interest. Another valuable communication resource is the NAPAA Website, which offers a wealth of information and resources for our member agents, including an online Forum where members and subscribers can exchange useful ideas and share information.

Each year, typically in the spring or early summer, NAPAA hosts its National Exclusive Agent Business Conference, where Allstate agency owners convene to learn new sales and agency management processes from successful agents and dynamic presenters, who reveal their secrets of their success. Then, of course, there is the camaraderie that takes place at these conferences as members meet other members. Many lifelong friendships have developed as a result.

Leadership

NAPAA leadership is comprised of successful, experienced Allstate agency owners who have spent a great deal of time and effort over the past twenty years studying Allstate agent contracts, observing management behavior and scrutinizing IRS guidelines as they pertain to independent contractor status. NAPAA members can draw on this knowledge and experience by contacting NAPAA Headquarters.

  • When members want to list their agency for sale, we provide a free listing on our Website. To list your agency, click on Agencies For Sale. Members who want to buy an Allstate agency can also post a free listing by clicking on Agencies Wanted to Buy.
  • Qualifying members can receive free sample documents, which are helpful when buying or selling an agency. These include a sample Letter Agreement, Asset Purchase Agreement, and a Sample Business Plan.
  • Other assistance from experienced agents who have bought or sold is also available to members. NAPAA can help your attorney with contract information, forms, and procedures, commission assignment, TPP assignment information and more.
  • The services listed above are available free of charge to members with at least one year of continuous membership. Otherwise, a prepaid, non-refundable annual membership is required in order to receive buying and selling assistance.

While NAPAA does not provide legal advice, it maintains detailed records on various court cases, which are available to members upon request. NAPAA also has other information, resources and knowledge that can help members who need assistance.

Member-to-Member Referrals

This program is designed to help your customers find an Allstate professional in their new community. The member-to-member transfer process is good for both NAPAA members and the customer.  As a member in good standing, you will receive transfer-ins from NAPAA members in other states.  Your transfer-out customers will be assured a true "warm" transfer - a "Win-Win" for everyone.
